Customer Care

We need an enthusiastic, customer experience oriented individual to join our growing customer care team. You will be a part of a team of fun individuals in our HQ located in Inman Park right on the Beltline. Wowtown associates (as we affectionately call them) are the first point of contact for our amazing customers. They help our customers with any and all inquiries not only through phone but also via emails, social media, and live chat.

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Assist customers with their accounts
  • Use our custom developed system to coordinate deliveries
  • Respond to driver questions and concerns
  • Respond to driver questions and concerns
  • Engage our customers through various social media platforms
  • Provide above and beyond WOW service to customers, co-workers, and restaurants alike


  • Stupendous communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A minimum of 2 years customer service or retail
  • A self-motivated, self-starter, self-assured, selfless attitude
  • Be able to work in a non-scripted environment with both consistency and creativity
  • Sense of urgency and multitasking skills
  • High energy, very positive, and organized
  • Able to handle any customer concern with a level head
  • Work independently and as a part of a team
  • A joy of creating fun and a little weirdness
